Wir sind ein hoch professionelles Organisationsteam das selbst schon in zahlreichen Extrem-Läufen seit mehr als 20 Jahren gestartet ist. Zudem haben wir die Erfahrung bei der Organisation unterschiedlichster Veranstaltungen.

Mit der Erfahrung, die wir bei verschiedenen Veranstaltungen auf der ganzen Welt gesammelt haben, sind wir sicher, Euch eine gut organisierte Veranstaltung anzubieten und Euch bestmöglich zu betreuen.

Unser mehrsprachiges Team wird von hoch motivierten Volunteers begleitet, ebenso werden wir von einer lokalen Organisation unterstützt, die Experten bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen in abgelegenen Gegenden sind.

Unser hoch anerkanntes medizinisches Team wird Euch in allen medizinischen Belangen und Behandlungen während des Laufes unterstützen.

Stefan Betzelt, Gründer und General Manager von GlobalLimits

Stefan, geboren und lebend in Wiesbaden/Germany, hat GlobalLimits 2012 gegründet. Er hat seine Erfahrung als Teilnehmer in zahlreichen Ultraläufen wie Marathon des Sables, Les Foulees de la Soie, Himalayan 100Mile Stage Race, Racing the Planet Namibia and Desert Oman Raid gesammelt. Ebenso hat er an mehr als 20 Stadtmarathons teilgenommen und den Kilimanjaro und den Mount Aconcagua erfolgreich bestiegen.

Bei seinen Reisen durch mehr als 70 Ländern hat er viel über verschiedene Kulturen und Menschen gelernt. Diese Erfahrung nutzt er nun, um ausgefallene Strecken für die Läufe von GlobalLimits zu finden.

Stefan arbeitete früher als Managing Director bei einigen international führenden Banken bevor er 2004 sich als Finanz- und Personalberater selbständig gemacht hat.

Chuck Walker, Stockton/USA - Course Director

Chuck was born in the South of the United States, then relocated to the South Pacific, to finally end up in California.

He already was the course director for GlobalLimits Cambodia 2012 and performed his duties impeccably.

He has been involved with long distance endurance events since the 1997 Eco-Challenge in Australia. After that he began competing in numerous triathlons and over a dozen 7 day stage running events. In addition to entering events as a competitor he has directed / set over half a dozen events in various locations.

In addition to running his own Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy, (Ronin Jiu-Jitsu in Stockton California), he has spent over 26 years as a armed professional and use of force instructor for various organizations and academies.

Chucks work and competing has taken him to every continent and to where he's been exposed to a diverse range of peoples and cultures, giving him a unique perspective and skill set to function as course director for Global Limits.

Hun Socheat, Siem Reap/Cambodia, Logistics and Infrastructure

Socheat has got 10 year experiences working for two of the leading international travel companies in South East Asia. He has extensively traveled in the region including Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar and Singapore. His last positions were Office Supervisor and Reservations Manager. Socheat has also been leading many cycling trips in the regions. Socheat has joined Angkor International Bike Racing with his colleagues for many years to raise the fund to support children with HIV/AIDS and landmine victims.

Apart from professional business, Socheat has a long term career with the UN since 1993, the European Union (1996-1998). Socheat has also actively participated in social and community works. More than 5 years, he has volunteered his time to work as Project Manager for Arcadia Associate Inc.,(Seattle base) to support some the International and Local NGOs in Cambodia. Clients served: SILAKA, Church World Service (CWS), American Friend Services in Cambodia (AFSC), Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), PACT, Working Group for Weapon Reduction (WGWR), Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP), Youth For Peace (YFP), Action Conflict Transformation (ACT), Friend Economic Development Association (FEDA).

Socheat has got bachelor of English and Master of Business and Administration.
