Today our runners departs the hustle and bustle of Albania‘s capital Tirana and head to the UNESCO heritage city of Berat - the ancient city of thousands and rolls of windows - to relax, explore the cultural heritage of Albania and get ready to the start tomorrow.

As in the previous year, the group stay under the starry neight in tents on top of the castle ruins of Berat. The opening race briefing was delivered to runners with social distancing measures in place. A carbo loading dinner has been arranged.

The race will start tomorrow at 0730 in the center of the town. The weather forecast is sunny, dry and warm.
