Thank you to the runners of GlobalLimits São Tomé – The Hemisphere Crossing for passing all equipment and medical checks. They must carry mandatory gear, including a water system and first aid kit, during the race. GlobalLimits will transport their 10kg personal supplies from camp to camp.

Today, we toured major historical sites and enjoyed a local fish or vegetarian lunch in the capital before heading to the Agostinho Neto plantation, once the island's largest cacao producer. Runners will experience the jungle and stay in the plantation's botanical garden.

The GlobalLimits team will provide a detailed introduction to the race, camp set-up and hygiene.

The 200km adventure starts tomorrow at 7 am local time. Stay tuned!
