We are delighted to welcome all runners in Thimphu, the capital of The Land of the Thunder Dragon - and grateful that they arrived safely and timely.

Our group filled the opening hotel with sounds of runners’ catching up, introducing themselves to fellow runners, packing and de-packing…It is filled with positive energy and we hope this energy stays with us.

All runners have successfully passed the equipment- and medical check and checked in for the race.

We wish everyone a good rest tonight - tomorrow our group will be heading to the first camp.
