Who can imagine enduring 220km of blisters, scorching sun, ancient Khmer temples, camaraderie, friendship and competition. It is an unique, unusual and eye-opening journey.

The final stage spanned 16.6 km, winding through the magnificent Angkor Wat temple complex. A perfect and unforgettable finish.

The male winner is Nathan Montegue from England with his 4th victory in his 4th GlobalLimits race. Martin Dittberner from Germany, despite running some extra miles during the race, took the second place. Harald Gruber from Austria, kept his podium spot even suffering greatly with his blisters.

The female winner is Teresa Lam from Hong Kong with her 3rd consecutive victory in Cambodia. She was followed by Chenda Heng from Cambodia made history and became the fastest Cambodian woman on GlobalLimits The Ancient Khmer Path‘s podium. The third place goes to GlobalLimits veteran, Christina Khinast from Austria.

We appauld all participants their efforts - although the course was dry compared to the previous years, the condition was no easier than before. Congratulations to all!

Tonight, the runners will celebrate the finish of their epic journey in a poolside banquet.
