Today our participants set off for the first camp in Sentob! On the way, they enjoyed a traditional barbecue lunch.

Tonight, they are staying in a charming Uzbek-style resort, a peaceful place with rivers winding between the houses, the perfect setting to prepare for the 230km, 6-stage journey ahead. They are invited to a Plov dinner - Plov is Uzbekistan’s national dish, which is a perfect taste of local tradition and way of carbo-loading before the adventure begins.

Opening Race and medical briefing took place already.

The weather couldn't be better — clear skies and sunshine — and we wish everyone a restful night and an amazing start to the race!
