Breaking News - Stage 5 Race Report – The Final Push closer to the the Finish Line

Stage 5 of the 230 km, 6-stages, GlobalLimits Uzbekistan - Footsteps of Alexander the Great - is the second-to-last challenge — and with tired legs from the long stage, our runners are feeling the distance of 38km. But with the finish line only 18km away, there's a renewed sense of determination.

The course today was a mix of terrain, but the real highlight came when we reached the campsite, nestled under shady plum trees. It's the perfect spot for recovery — a calm, peaceful place to rest and enjoy the last day of rural life in the race.

The finish line is just 18km away, and the excitement of completing such a challenging journey is starting to build.

Women's Top 3:�? 1st – Harri Washington (UK) �? 2nd – Carla André (Portugal) �? 3rd – Teresa Lam (Hongkong)

No changes in the overall ranking with Bryan Gensits ahead of Benjamin Rodgers and Kurt Dhont. In the female category Harri Washington is still in a confortable lead ahead of Teresa Lam and Carla André.

Special Mention – Runner of the Day�? Jens Klinkhammer from Germany finishing in 6th position today, well ahead of his overall position –

Tomorrows final stage of 18km will lead the runners to the spectacular finishline at the Nur fortress built by Alexander the Great 359bc.
