What is a better way to start a multi-stage race than carb-loading (or Keto loading if your are not a carb fans) and meeting your fellow competitors?
The competitors of the 9th GlobalLimits Cambodia - The Ancient Khmer Path are gathering in the capital of the country, Phnom Penh, and successfully gone through the equipment check, medical check and race check-in.
Now they are loading up their bodies with delicious Cambodian food and enjoy the fantastic roof top terrace view of the Mekong river.
After a good night sleep we are heading north to the first camp for the first taste of the beauty of Cambodia!
Hot/fresh weather report:
Today we finally see the drier day day after a few days of rain in the city. It is still cloudy but there’s some breeze from the Mekong and we are hoping to bring this weather with us to the race week!
