Final Report - Cambodia - The Ancient Khmer Path -

The 5th edition of GlobalLimits - The Ancient Khmer Path finished yesterday at the largest religious monument in the world, the Angkor Wat Temple.  The runners crossed the finishing line with tired legs but high spirits - after 6 days of running 220km in dirt roads, muddy trails, and experiencing local Khmer lives and culture...

Overall winner is Vicente Juan Garcia Beneito from Spain. Second male is Kurt Alderweirelt from Belgium and third 4 time Cambodian finisher Stan Lee from Canada.

First overall female  is Sally Ford ahead of Clare Mulleneger both from Great Britain. Third female is Teresa Lam from Hongkong.

GlobalLimits proudly presented 2 GlobalLimits Heritage Site Runner Series awards to Haruki Minaki from Japan and Ali Wehbi from Libanon for successfully completing all 3 races organised by GlobalLimits, Cambodia, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.

To celebrate the achievements of the runners, a poolside award ceremony was held in presence of the Secretary General of Cambodia's Olympic Committee.  Congratulates to all runners and see you again in our future races!
