Muddy trails, beautiful waterfalls, and happy villagers welcome the runners to the start of the third stage of GlobalLimits SãoTomé - The Hemisphere Crossing. The 29km stage brings our runners through beautiful valleys, cocoa plantations, and finally to the seaside village of Aqua Ize near the famous Boca d‘Inferno.

São Tomé runner Ismail and Julio lead the race again and are just one minute apart. Xavi Marina from Spain finished at the third place. At the lady‘s side, Veronique Messina remains at the top Christina Khinast finished second and Julia Romanova third.
No changed on the overall rankings but Xavi Marina is now just 25 secs ahead of Julio Tavarez.

All our runners opted for a dip in the clear water or a relaxing seaside massage. Hopefully they are prepared for tomorrow‘s 58,6km stage.
