At today's stage 4 of 38km runners had to cross 2 passes including the highest point of the race at 3712m before finishing the stage at a local farmhouse in Paro valley. 2 long downhill sections of each 10km and one long climb of 8km had to be run today. Runners enjoyed the warm sunny day however were really tired after this long day. All runners are now at the camp and enjoying a typical Bhutanese hot stone bath complimentary offered by GlobalLimits.

Another victory today by Greek runner Argy Papathanasopoulos in 5:14hrs. Second again was Swiss Peter Osterwalder in 5:24hrs and Karl Alpiger in 5:37.

Third rank overall today went to female leader Véronique Messina. The impressive performance today by German Claudia Gerling brought her into 2^nd female today finishing the stage 6^th overall. §rd female today was Véronique Chamberland.

No changes in the overall ranking with Argy Papathanasopoulos in lead ahead of Peter Osterwaöder and Karl Alpiger. Véro Messina is first in the female category with an comfortable lead of 1:32 hrs ahead of Véronique Chamberland and Julia Romanova.

Tomorrow's long stage is planned with 53,5km, the longest stage of the race.
