Breaking News - Race Report Stage 3 - Peaks of the Balkans

After departing our warm beds of Guesthouse Kulla, we make our way further into the deep mountains of the Peaks of the Balkans - we pass through remote Shepard huts and pine forest before a 3,5km ascent to to the finish line in the “sky”. in overlooking the beautiful valley of Dugäive.

Tomorrow we will be crossing the border into Montenegro.

After a hard fight for the first - Joel Anderson and Bryan Gentist, the first and second male overall decided to seal the day with gesture of friendship: they finished together, hand in hand and smiles on their face.

Everyone had a strong day today and we are impressed! Follow us for more tomorrow!

Men's Top 3:� 1st – Joel Anderson (USA) & Bryan Gensits (USA)� 3rd – Samuel Castela (Portugal)

Women's Top 3:� 1st - Erin Drasler (USA)� 2nd – Filipa Castela (Portugal)� 3rd – Maaike Ortibus (Belgium)

No change in the male overall ranking with Joel Anderson still ahead of Bryan Gensits and Samuel Castela.

In the female category Filipa Castela is still in lead. Erin Drasler now in second ahead of Maaike Ortibus.
