After checking-out in Thimphu all participants travelled by bus to the first camp at the river side of the Punakha river. After passing the 3200m high Donchulla pass, runners had lunch before visiting the most beautiful fortress in Bhutan, the Punakha Dzong. Runners now enjoy dinner and the peaceful camp site after  race-, medical- and course briefing.
Tomorrows first stage of 30,4km starts at 8am local time at Punakha Dzong.
