All runners and the GlobalLimits crew have arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday at the opening hotel, located directly at the beautifull Negombo beach.
 In the afternoon the race check-in, medical- and equipment check took place at the hotel terrasse and at 7pm the opening dinner was arranged at the pool side of the hotel.
Today all participants went by bus to the first camp, situated at the ruins of the Yapahuwa temple. Participants stay overnight in the pilgrim hall of the temple, just equiped with mosquito nets.
At 5pm local time the opening race briefing will take place on top of the temple complex with a stunning view over the wide landscape of Sri Lanka.
The 2nd Wild Elephant Trail starts on Sunday morning at 8am local time.
